How Important is Consumer Reviews

The impact of reviews has the power to influence consumer decision on your company credibility. 

Reviews has the power to directly effect your business.


Research shows that 91 percent of consumer write reviews, and 84 percent of people trust online reviews. Consumer want to know who you are and how you operate your business. Therefore, they are looking and listening to other consumer. They want the process of hiring to be stress free.


Bad Reviews: are not bad. They are opportunities for your company to learn what consumers are looking for in today's industries. When you receive a bad review there are steps you need to take:


  1. Make sure you understand the problem, before you try to fix it. This requires listening to the clients.
  2. Focus on how to resolve the problem, with reasonable solution. Make sure the client understand exactly how you plan to fix the problem.
  3. Once the problem is resolved ask them to edit their review. This is only a request. And needs to be treated as such.
  4. Offer a small appreciation and always send a follow up thank you.

Good Reviews: are great! This is an opportunity for your company to see what works and how to maintian that same energy to continue to provide great service. This cause a ripple affect in your business. Here is an example of great customer service:
